Ordering Season Tickets

The Lafayette Concert Band welcomes and depends on contributions from individuals and corporations.  Contributors will be recognized in our concert programs and on our website.  The Lafayette Concert Band is a tax-exempt organization under §501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code

→Name, Address, City, State, Zip, E-mail, and Telephone Number.
→Please list the number of ticket needed.
    
Ticket Prices are as followed:
Regular Season tickets at $25 each
Senior Citizen Season tickets at $20 each
